Gregg is a Partner at Feinberg Law Office, where he serves as general counsel to such firms as Computer Aid, Inc., Hobbie Personnel and Sunburst Property Management, Inc. In 1995, Gregg joined with other attorneys from around the country to form the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (“NARCA”) and he served as its Vice President, Secretary and on its Board of Directors for four years. Shortly thereafter, Gregg founded the Pennsylvania Creditors Rights Association and served as its president for two years. Since 1997, Gregg has worked actively as a commercial and industrial real estate developer and is a principal in Ridgeview Development, Inc. and multiple real estate partnerships. He is also a managing partner of Central Pennsylvania’s first technology park, the 100 acre TecPort Business Center, which has revitalized the former AMP facility in Harrisburg, PA, with 3,000 new jobs and its sister park, the 55 acre TecPort Summerdale Business Center, located on the west shore of Harrisburg. Gregg serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Directors and as First Vice President of the Small Business Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, on the architectural selection and development committee for the ArtsQuest Steelstax redevelopment of the former Bethlehem Steel site. He is a member of the Lehigh County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. Gregg received a B.A., graduating cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
