Dale is a 29-year veteran of the brand development, media and experiential marketing sector and has a long and respected history of entrepreneurial leadership. He is currently the Chief Experience Officer and Managing Director of Carat Brand Experience, a division of the $19 billion Carat Americas Group. The services include brand strategy, event strategy, branded experiences, mobile tours, exhibits, conferences and visitor centers. Prior to Carat, Dale spent one year as Managing Director at Benchmark Marketing Services, a retail and package design agency serving some of Proctor & Gamble’s billion dollar brands. From 1987-2002, he served as a partner and senior vice president at Jack Rouse Associates. Prior to Rouse, Dale spent ten years at Proctor & Gamble in various brand management and international finance positions. He finished his Proctor & Gamble career in brand management in the Food Division managing $300+ million dollar brands. Dale serves on the board of the Association of Briefing Program Managers and is a frequent speaker at various industry meetings such as Event Marketer Summit, CEMA Summit, ABPM Annual Association and the International Retail Association. Dale received his MBA from Xavier University and his BA from the University of Illinois.
