Kerry is the president of Lehigh Valley Industrial Park Inc. (LVIP), a private non-profit real estate development corporation.  He is managing the redevelopment of 1,000 acres of the former Bethlehem Steel plant in Bethlehem, Pa., the largest privately-owned brownfield site in the nation.    Known as LVIP VII at the Bethlehem Commerce Center, the former plant is to be transformed into mixed use business center leveraging $1 billion in private investment.  Kerry has responsibility for LVIP’s entire 2,500-acre industrial park system including the active management of LVIP VI, a 192-acre business center recently constructed in Bethlehem Township, Pa.  Prior to joining LVIP, he held several management positions with Binney & Smith Inc., the manufacturer of Crayola® products in Easton, Pa.  Kerry also served as the first executive vice president of the Bethlehem Economic Development Corporation in Bethlehem, Pa.   Kerry received a BA in economics and psychology from Swarthmore College and an MA in public policy and management from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.  He is a certified economic development finance professional.
