Survey by Retail Workforce Management Firm Natural Insight Demonstrates New Critical Success Factor

In its recent survey, over 84% of users maintain that a workforce management solution cannot be effective without employee support — a compelling statistic that reflects the growing influence of software users on purchase decisions in an increasingly social media world.
